What MedNexus can do

MedNexus is a reference site for people who have prior knowledge of which blood test or panel they need and want to see what major labs in Pakistan are charging nowadays. You get a single table with test name in one column and prices in PKR across competing labs in the rest. Where we have enough submissions, you also see simple star ratings from other patients for that test at that lab.

We focus on requests people usually search for—CBC, HbA1c, vitamin D, lipid profile, thyroid panels, and thousands of other catalogued tests—surely not on replacing your doctor's judgment about whether you need which test in the first place.

Why MedNexus built

In different Labs, the same test often carries very different sticker prices depending on the chain, branch promotions, and home-collection add-ons. Calling different labs to compare quotes is tedious; browsing seven different websites with different layouts is worse. MedNexus puts the prices next to each other so you can easily shortlist a lab, then call the lab you plan to visit to confirm test timing, fasting rules, and the final bills.

From where the prices come

Published rates are assembled from price sheets and databases maintained for this MedNexus project, then surfaced through our API. When something looks incorrect, visitors can report it; MedNexus Team treat those reports as leads for manual verification, not instant truth. A low price in live grid does not mean we are endorsing one lab over another, it only means that was the figure on file at the time of the last update for this test in particular lab.

Ratings and Comments

Star ratings are optional feedback linked to specific test and lab. They reflect patient experience, including wait time, staff courtesy, report clarity, not clinical accuracy of the result. It is important to mention that we do not verify medical conditions of reviewers; read them as signals alongside price, and your own priorities.

• We are not a hospital, a lab, or a booking agent.
• We can't interpret lab results or suggest diagnoses to you.
• We do not guarantee that a listed price will surely match with what you pay at the counter.
